Refactor code in Dark theme

* Minimize code overlap with base style sheet.
* Minimize load times and code size
* Left all style classes intact, so this file can be used as a boilerplate for other themes later on.
* Change button styles for shortcuts and top-of-page buttons.
* Changed focus and hover states for lists, text entry fields and drop-downs to add more contrast.
