Compliance /

English |

This document defines the hard limits of the project. They are not aspirational. Violating any of them gets you removed from the community, and several of them are enforced by CI rather than by trust.

The five red lines

1. Never share credentials

No account logins, no API keys, no OAuth tokens, no session cookies, no ~/.claude/.credentials.json, no auth.json, nothing. Not in an issue, not in a PR, not in a DM, not "just this once between friends."

Anthropic Consumer Terms:

You may not share your Account login information, Anthropic API key, or Account credentials with anyone else. You also may not make your Account available to anyone else.

There is nowhere in this repository to put a credential. The issue templates have no such field, the bot reads no such field, and the ledger schema has no such field. This is deliberate.

2. Never route someone else's requests through your account

No proxies, no relays, no token pools, no "I'll run your prompts for you on my Max plan." In February 2026 Anthropic explicitly prohibited using Free/Pro/Max OAuth credentials outside Claude Code and claude.ai, including on behalf of third parties, and stated this applies even to low-volume internal tooling.

If you want to provide a service that programmatically calls Claude, use an API key from the Claude Console. That is what it is for.

3. Never price work in tokens or quota

Task Points are priced by task complexity — S / M / L — and by nothing else.

The moment anyone writes "I have 2M tokens left this week, who wants them for X TP," this stops being a mutual-aid board and becomes a quota resale scheme wearing a costume. Every compliance measure above it collapses at that point.

CI flags task descriptions containing quota-denominated pricing language for human review.

4. Never run headless auto-claiming

A human being reads the task, decides to take it, does the work, and reviews the result before submitting. No bots watching the issue feed and auto-claiming. No unattended agents delivering PRs nobody looked at.

Rate limits (2 concurrent, 5 per week) exist partly to enforce this and partly as evidence: the throughput ceiling of this board is the throughput of a person working by hand.

5. Task Points are not transferable

Earned by delivering, spent by requesting. That is the entire lifecycle. No gifting, no trading, no selling, no holding on someone's behalf.

The ledger schema contains no user-to-user transfer transaction type. If one ever appears in ledger.jsonl, the audit job treats it as tampering and raises an alert.

What is explicitly fine

  • Using your own subscription to do paid or unpaid work for other people, and delivering the output. This is ordinary freelancing and the Consumer Terms do not prohibit commercial use.
  • Being credited as the author of a PR in someone else's repository.
  • Learning from, and being paid in reputation for, work on a codebase that is not yours.

The line is between delivering output and delivering access. Output is fine. Access is not.

Enforcement

Check How Status
Credential patterns in tracked files ci.yml scans every version-controlled file using sparepack's rules; findings appear as annotations on the diff live
Credential patterns in issues and comments compliance.yml scans the submitted text, applies the violation label, and comments naming the rule but never the value live
Quota-denominated pricing compliance.yml scans issue and comment text and applies needs-review; it flags for a human rather than blocking live
Ledger integrity ci.yml recomputes every balance from ledger.jsonl and fails if the committed balances.json disagrees live
Human-review attestation ci.yml requires the four PR-template statements to be present and ticked live, this repo only
Attestation on delivery PRs Delivery PRs live in the requester's repository, out of this workflow's reach. Rides on the /done comment instead not enforced
Claim rate limits Needs a bot that does not exist yet; /claim is handled by hand during Phase 0 not enforced

Two of these are honest gaps rather than oversights, and they are listed as gaps so that nobody reads this table and assumes more protection than exists. Both need the Phase 1 bot, which is deliberately unbuilt until Phase 0 answers whether the task board works at all.

One limit worth stating plainly: the ledger check catches a stale snapshot and an edited history, but it cannot catch someone who edits the history and regenerates the snapshot in the same commit. What catches that is the append-only rule and a human reading the diff. CI narrows the gap; it does not close it.

Deliberate violation of red lines 1, 2, or 5 is a permanent ban with the balance zeroed. The rest are handled case by case, see GOVERNANCE.md.

Reporting

Open an issue with the violation label, or email the maintainer if it involves credentials that should not be discussed in public. Do not paste the leaked credential into the report.

Not legal advice

This is a community project run by developers, not lawyers. It reflects a good-faith reading of the terms as of August 2026. Terms change. You are responsible for your own account. If you are using an employer-provided seat, check with your employer first — many enterprise agreements have their own restrictions.

Anthropic

You may not share your Account login information, Anthropic API key, or Account credentials with anyone else. You also may not make your Account available to anyone else.

账本完整性 ci.ymlledger.jsonl 重算全部余额,与提交的 balances.json 不符即失败 已生效

其余按具体情况处理,见 GOVERNANCE.md
