Documentation Audit

• Project scope names the product, users, code and data surfaces, safety boundaries, and out-of-scope items.
• Documentation audit carries the doc inventory, counts, and local-link check, generated from the tree by tools/doc_audit.py (make docs-audit) and gated against drift, plus the dated remediation history of the sweeps behind it.

Findings

• Findings index — dated write-ups of what happened when this project's checkers were pointed at real data, negative results included.
