Learning from Reviews

All reviews are opportunities to learn:

Review the review - What was good/bad?

Document patterns - Common issues and solutions

Share knowledge - What did we learn?

Improve process - How can we do better?

Remember: Code review is about making the code better, not about being right. Everyone is here to learn and improve together.
