<h2 id="template-h">What every future entry must show</h2>
<p>Each entry records: <code>date</code>, <code>reviewer role and credit preference</code>, <code>synthetic scope</code>, <code>finding</code>, <code>project response</code>, <code>remaining gap</code>, and <code>status</code>. The log updates after each completed review and at least monthly while review intake is active; a quiet month records that no new outside finding was completed. Security findings appear only after coordinated disclosure. Declined changes retain the reason.</p>
