Support

Two different things live under the word "support" here. Pick the one you need.

Supporting the project financially

The scorecard is free for every transit agency, and it stays that way. An agency never pays to be scored or to see its fixes. Sponsorship covers the cost of running the service for everyone: hosting and bandwidth for the site, the read API and the grade badges, the scheduled daily data refresh, validator compute, and the evidence retention that makes a published check reproducible.

Sponsorship buys acknowledgment and deliberately little else. It does not buy influence over grades, methodology, or which agencies are listed, and it never buys placement. The full rubric is public in docs/rubric.md.

What running the service costs, and what stays free no matter what, is spelled out on the support page and in docs/support.md.

Paid services

Programs and consultancies that want a facilitated audit, a staff workshop, or implementation help can review the current consulting services and pricing. Paid help is separate from scoring. It never changes a grade, and nothing is subtracted from the free tier to create it.
