THREE WAYS TO BUY WESTCAT PASSES

  1. ONLINE (Credit Card Only) – Click Here to Purchase Online
  2. IN PERSON (Cash/Credit/Debit/Check/Money Order/Transportation Benefit) - WestCAT Administrative Office Open Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 601 Walter Avenue Pinole, CA 94564 (510) 724-3331 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE CLOSED FRIDAYS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
  3. BY MAIL (Personal Check / Money Order / Commuter Check) - Please call WestCAT Administrative Office at 510-724-3331 to request a mail order envelope. It takes approximately 3-4 working days for all mail in orders. Please allow for weekends and holidays. Using a FedEx/UPS account? Please provide account information for billing purposes.

CLIPPER CARD

Riders using Clipper can load fare value and passes onto their cards at the WestCAT office in Pinole (some restrictions do apply), online at ClipperCard.com , and at participating retailers. Clipper users can also add fare value at terminals in BART stations.
