CEQA Preflight is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the State of California, the Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation, the State Clearinghouse, CEQA Submit, or CEQAnet.
The project must not use California state seals or imply official approval.
