The Harbor GoPass gives eligible riders a reduced fare on all Harbor County buses and the harbor ferry.

The discount and the fee

GoPass holders pay 50 percent of the standard fare on every ride. The pass costs $20 per year, and the fee is waived for riders enrolled in the Fresh Start Grocery Allowance.

Who is eligible

Riders age 65 or older, riders with a qualifying disability, and members of any household currently enrolled in a Community Assistance benefit program are eligible for the GoPass.

Where to get one

Apply at the transit center on Dock Street or at any Community Assistance office. Bring photo identification. Passes are issued the same day, and a replacement for a lost pass costs $5.
