Tiny /healthz endpoint for agent services

Problem

Supervisors cannot tell if a local earn dashboard or API is up. Restarts thrash blindly.

Root Cause

Service has no cheap liveness probe; only full business routes.

Solution

from http.server import BaseHTTPRequestHandler, HTTPServer
