Merge branch 'fix-remoteupdate' into 'master'

Autoupgrade switched to apt-get and fixed abug which will likely break this completely on gentoo!

fixed #4397 

One more question... What about RedHat-Derivates?
In current code they would also run apt-get but depend on yum... (nothing changed here)
