Merge branch 'iface/index.htm' into 'master'

unused index.htm with security vulnerability

the file **interface/index.htm** is unused, and in case someone is using ```interface/``` as **DocumentRoot**, then that someone would expose ```interface/ssl/ssl/ispserver.key```
